The New Adventure

“Beau II, how would you like to meet Miss Pepper?  You know, that cute IG that Charlie IG had as a pin-up girl?”

“Don’t mess with me Aengus” Beau replied.  “You know I’d absolutely love to meet that lovely specimen of iggy womanhood.”

“Well, I’ve got a HUGE surprise for you, but you must promise to never, ever tell Mom about it.  George and Freyja, Roils new to our list, have invited us all to come visit them in Scotland.  And Miss Pepper and Angel have invited us to stop by in Boston on our way.  So, you see, I’m definitely NOT messing with you.”

“Yes, you are, Aengus.  Just how, pray tell, are we to get to Boston, let alone Scotland?  Huh, huh???”

“I see I must now let you in on a little secret that Roils have.  We travel by moonbeam.  Lots of Roils do it.  And the best thing is that it really doesn’t take much time to get to our destination.  But for this particular trip we must leave tonight.  So are you staying here or going with me?”

“Aengus, I think you have lost your mind.  Travel by moonbeam indeed!  But to humor you, I will go along with your fantasy.”

Aengus then took Beau II outside, and explained the fine points of moonbeam hopping.  When a particularly strong beam presented itself, they both leaped for it, but being quite a bit smaller Beau II didn’t quite make it.  Aengus jumped off, made Beau II get on his back, and then jumped back on.  In seconds they were over Boston where they hopped off.  Luckily, they landed near Faneuil Hall where they met up with Chancellor and Jeordie, and all four of them headed off to meet Miss Pepper and Angel.

Miss Pepper was all that Beau II had hoped.  Curvy in all the right places.  Smart.  Funny.  He fell instantly in love with her.  The others just looked on with looks of concern.  They weren’t sure if they could get Beau II to leave with them when the time came to catch the next moonbeam to Scotland.
